• having 20+ years of working experience is a professional trainer, facilitator, consultant and a coach, who has been providing training, consulting and coaching services to a wide range of businesses. She has an expertise in developing and delivering training programs, including case-studies, business role-plays and simulations. 
• Mrs. Abdurahmanova’s professional portfolio is focused on supporting companies to establish their strategic and tactical plans, as well as to develop their human capital through enhancing knowledge and skills of the personnel. She also provides facilitation of workshops and strategic meetings in various organizations, and develops companies’ internal training resources. One of her focus audience is the management team of the companies.
