Nigar has a Bachelor degree in International Relations from Azerbaijan University of Languages and Master of Science degree in Global Human Resource Management from Liverpool University, UK. She has been awarded a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) certificate.

Nigar has extensive experience in HR and People Operations Management. She worked in telecommunications, IT, Digital Marketing, FMCG and Retail spheres.

She has been providing training on Emotional Intelligence, interviewing skills, starting from 2012.

Nigar is a CIPD and SHRM member.
